Crystal Plaza, developed by Tishman Speyer, is a comprehensive development project covering an area of 3,285,867 square feet. It includes international standard Class A office buildings, high-end apartments, and first-class retail facilities. The underground structure of the project is
divided into four areas: east, south, west, and north, posing considerable challenges for parking guidance. In 2021, we were responsible for the redesign of the wayfinding signs for the project's above ground and underground areas.
