Ciao Plaza, a project of the first phase of the Greenland Bund Center, in the Dongjiadu area, is open to the public. The commercial district "separated by a road" from the Bund coastline has a built area of 36,000 square meters, the parts of which above and below the surface of the earth are connected by open stairways. It functions as a "Shanghai Style Cultural Center and a venue for upscale lifestyle and nightlife on the Bund".
